It was Jack’s dream to get back to his beloved Fenway Park. With generous support from the transportation company that takes him to his weekly medical appointments, and the assistance of his regular driver, Jack — accompanied by our LNA — had his day at Fenway. Our extended family comes together for our immediate family.

Visits may occur in residents’ rooms or in visiting areas. The appropriate area will be discussed with you at the time of your visit and will depend on the number of visitors in any area. We no longer require screening before scheduling a visit as the visits no longer need to be scheduled in advance.
Skilled nurses, therapists and licensed care professionals are available to guide you through your personalized therapy. Whether you’re recovering after a hospital visit or in need of on-going medical support, Saint Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center will help you achieve your personal goals. If your loved one is severely immunocompromised, you may not remove your mask and must maintain physical distancing. When you arrive for a visit you and your party will be screened at that time. If anyone in your party displays does not meet the screening criteria their visit will be postponed until screening criteria are met.
